All Day Practice Retreat

You will receive a confirmation email shortly.

Retreat Preparation Information

You will receive this information in your confirmation email as well.

  • The retreat starts at 6 am PST (Time Zone converter) and lasts 7 hours.

  • You will receive a reminder the Monday before the retreat.

  • The Zoom link for the retreat will arrive 10 minutes before the start of the retreat. (Please check your spam inbox also.)

  • Find a place where you can enjoy the Day Retreat without being interrupted by a person, pet, or phone. Using your phone as a timer is acceptable. 

  • Please come to the retreat with a yoga mat, some pillows, blanket, cushions, and an extra layer of clothing or socks.

  • Have tea or any other drink you enjoy drinking available during the day.

  • Find a place where you can safely practice mindful walking - which may be outside.

  • Make sure your device is charged and connected to a power source.

  • We will have breaks during the day.

  • Have a meal prepared and ready to go, one you will enjoy eating mindfully.

  • You will be familiar with all the practices that take place during the day. There will also be some informal practices such as reading poetry.


We are looking forward to spending a day together in stillness.
