Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is an eight-week course that has been scientifically shown to be an effective complement to a wide variety of treatments for these conditions.

Mindfulness-In Imagine's MBSR classes you will learn to actively manage the effects of chronic stress on your life by practicing mind and body awareness techniques. Through mindfulness and meditation training, we assist you to participate in your own self-care and contribute to your personal growth. Your concentration, creativity, and (self) compassion will bloom along the way.

Select the class from the color blocks below that you wish to attend. Click on the link embedded in the day of the class (it is underlined). All MBSR Classes are 8 weeks PLUS an Orientation Meeting

Fill out and submit the Registration Form for this class of your choice. After you filled out the Registration Form, you will automatically be directed to a page where you can pay the nonrefundable $50 registration fee.

After paying the fee, you will receive an email confirmation for the registration and one for the fee.

One of our instructors will contact you to schedule a short information session.

After that meeting, you will receive a direct link to our Participation Donation page to contribute (this is due 1 week before the start of the course). You can see our tiered pricing suggestions below.

Reduced: $90 which is $10 for each 2 ½ hour class - We offer this rate to make our mindfulness courses accessible to everyone. Choose this if you need some financial flexibility.​​​

Sustaining: $180 which is $20 for each 2 1/2 hour class - Choose this if you're able to meet your needs comfortably and want to sustain the program’s ongoing work.​​​

Supporting: $270 which is $30 for each 2 1/2 hour class - Pay It Forward: this contribution helps us in our vision to spread mindfulness globally and helps keep the nonprofit sustainable. ​​​

Eight week MBSR Course Format
An orientation session (90 minutes) and 8 weekly 2.5 hour (150 minute) classes (Session 8 tends to run longer).
A day-long retreat on a Saturday between Session 6 and 7.
Guided mindfulness practices (breath, walking, body scan, loving kindness, mindful motion).
Inquiry into enhanced awareness during everyday life.
