"If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion." - Dalai Lama.
Jon Walker
Mindful Self Compassion and Mindfulness at Imagine and his own courses at Modestly Mindful

Jon is a retired physician, who during his years of clinical practice realized the profound value of cultivating mindfulness and self-compassion. He redirected his career to offer trainings in these qualities. Jon feels highly motivated to making them timely and widely accessible. Jon jokes (dead-seriously) that his main qualification is that he has lots of life experience being neither particularly mindful nor self-compassionate, and that addressing that remains a work in progress.
You can listen to the Self-Compassion for Learning, Performance, and Joy Podcast Jon appeared. Also enjoy this Noble Mind Podcast on Mindfulness, Relaxation, and Working with High Expectations (on YouTube).
