You are invited to join our 6 week Journaling Course. ​These meetups are a special offering for ALUMNI. We will meet for 60 minutes for 6 weeks*
* Week 1 will meet for 90 minutes.

The Registration Process: 

​​

  • Please commit to all 6 weeks. Details of days and times are below. 

  • Click on the registration button.

  • Fill out and submit the registration form. After you submitted the registration form,

  • you will automatically be directed to a page where you can pay the nonrefundable $25 registration fee.

  • After paying the fee, you will receive an email confirmation for the registration and one for the fee.

  • The instructor will reach out to you for a check-in.

  • You will receive an email with the unique Zoom link for the meetups.

  • ????This initial Meetup will run as a beta-test, this means that instead of asking for a donation, we would appreciate your feedback as a participant.​​​​​​​

Commitment 

To fully experience the benefits of the program it is encouraged to attend all six  meetups.

Please arrive on time. The Zoom room will be opened 10 minutes before the meetup starts.

Being present for the duration of the meetup (keeping your camera on).

The meetups

Meetups are live online on Zoom and are 60 minutes long. Except week 1, which is 90 minutes long.

The meetups include time for practicing individually and interactive sharing moments.
No prior journaling experience needed.

The meetups are confidential; everything shared will stay within the group.

​

Areas of focus 

Working within a container of given prompts, quotes, thoughts, assignments.
Working with the openness of "free" journaling.
Connecting with fellow participants.

Creating a habit / commitment for yourself.
Allowing time for self care and reflection.

Suggested essentials
A quiet place where you can practice privately and uninterrupted.

A computer with a stable internet connection. 
Make a filter in your email for @imaginemindfulness.com so you'll receive all our correspondence.
Pen and paper.

Essential & Creative Journaling Supplies

​

  • Notebooks & Paper: Dotted, lined, or grid notebooks (A5 is popular).

  • Pens & Markers: Fineliners, gel pens (e.g., Muji, Pilot G2), brush pens for calligraphy, and highlighters.

  • Adhesives: Glue sticks (Uhu, Scotch), tape runners (Kokuyo Dotliner), and double-sided tape.

  • Decorative Items: Washi tapes, stickers (sticker rolls, transfer stickers), stamps, and ink pads.

  • Tools & Organization: Scissors, stencils, pencil pouches, and Book Darts.
