Welcome to Imagine Mindfulness Book Club! We meet online every third Saturday of the month to discuss books on mindfulness meditation and mindful living, creating a space to connect and engage in meaningful conversations. Join us to reflect, learn, and grow together on this mindful journey. ALERT: our next meeting is on June 21, 2025.


Online meeting:

  • There will be NO meeting in May. Our next meeting is June 21, 2025 at 9am PT, noon ET, 6pm CET, 5pm WEST, 9:30 IT (Time Zone Converter). We will post a new Zoom Meeting link the week before.

Introduce yourself

We invite you to briefly tell us who you are and why you’ve joined the Book Club.

Be mindful

We like to foster a supportive and positive community. When disagreeing, do so respectfully. Before posting or engaging in a discussion, take a moment to reflect.

Stay on topic

We try to keep the discussion relevant to the books we read. Consider reaching out to us before sharing something loosely related.

Engage

We understand life gets busy, so participate as much as you can. Even a simple comment or question can add value to our discussions.

No self-promotion

If you have a resource that you believe could benefit the group, seek approval from the moderators before posting.

Live sessions

We occasionally hold live discussions. While these are optional, your participation can enhance your experience and the group's sense of community.

Confidentiality

Do not share personal details or stories of others outside the group without their explicit permission.

Use of content

When sharing excerpts or ideas from books, give proper credit to the authors and publishers.
